We are available to come to you 9am—7pm Monday to Sunday, including public holidays (except Christmas Day and New Years Day).
Areas Serviced
Our mobile massage and day spa beauty service operates throughout homes, bed and breakfasts and holiday accommodation within the Central Coast NSW area. We service Terrigal, Wamberal, North Avoca, Avoca Beach, Copacabana, Macmasters Beach, Killcare, Pearl Beach, The Entrance, Forresters Beach and other surrounding areas on the Central Coast. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are unsure whether your location falls within this area.
Minimum Booking time
Our minimum booking callout is 1 hour per therapist. However, for more remote areas on the Central Coast we do have a 2 hour minimum call out. Please contact us for more information.
Payment
We accept payment on the day by cash, bank transfer, Mastercard, Visa and AMEX. However, please note that being a mobile service, The Massage Spa does not have Eftpos facilities on site. Credit card, Paypal and bank deposit payments can also be made online. Once your booking has been confirmed you will be forwarded an email with the online payment link.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
We understand that sometimes plans do change. However as your treatment and therapist has been especially reserved for you, we require at least 24hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please note that "No shows" without notification will be charged at the full rate. If a gift certificate is being used as payment for the appointment and you do not give adequate notice or are not present at the agreed appointment time, the gift certificate will be null and void and forfeited.

All our therapists are fully trained & qualified health care professionals.
Special Considerations
When making your booking please advise us of any health concerns including skin conditions, allergies, illness and pregnancy, so that we can advise on suitable treatments.
Clients who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or have any other medical complications should consult their doctors before signing up for any spa services.
Code of Conduct
The Massage Spa is a professional massage & spa therapy service. All our therapists are trained & qualified health care professionals and therefore do not offer adult services. We ask you to kindly treat our therapists with the same respect that we extend to our clients. Thank you.
Please note that any inappropriate behaviour on behalf of the client will result in immediate termination of your treatment.
